18 years old Mohamed Lamin Bangura Auto mechanic made his first appearance before Magistrate Peter Brima Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on a count of Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Saturday 15th October 2023 at No.9 Hugues Street off mountain cut the western area in Freetown Stole one white IPhone eleven pro-max valued ten thousand Leones (10, 00) property of Amanda Sundufu.
When the charge was read and explained to the accused person he pleaded not guilty.
Magistrate Gogra refused bail and sent the accused person to the male correctional center in Freetown and matter was adjourned to the 26th October 2023 for further hearing, while Inspector Musu Edna Kpulun prosecutes the matter.
