BO Rangers Football Club has appointed the immediate former Leone Stars coach as their new Coach.
The 52-year-old will take over from Alhaji Foray, who left the Club on mutual consent to join the Leone Stars technical team.
“Bo Rangers FC is thrilled to announce the official signing of Coach John Keister as the new Head Coach of the club”, a statement from the club’s Facebook page reads.
It adds: “With an impressive track record and a wealth of experience in the football industry, Coach Keister brings a dynamic approach and a new spirit to accelerate the growth of the club.
“His tenure will commence on the 1st of November 2023, and the entire club is eager to witness the positive impact he will undoubtedly make in leading the team to new heights of success.”
Keister, who signed a two-year deal, will prepare the Elephants for the upcoming season as they first host Freetown City FC on 5th November.
The back-back Champions of the Sierra Leone Premier League bring the services of John Edward Keister to help the club with modern trends of Football with his experience in domestic league in the Country the Rangers believed that John Edward Keister appointment will bring laurels and have massive transformation for the club.
BO Rangers FC will lock horns with Mighty Blackpool FC on the 28th of this month as Battle for the community shield at the Southern Arena Stadium under the flood lights.
