24 years old Alpha Bangura a Masoner made his first appearance before Magistrate Santigie Bangura of Pademba road court No.3 in Freetown on a count of Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on the 13th September 2023 at Howe Street the western area in Freetown Stole one mental valve cover valued five thousand Leones property of Guma Valley Water Company
The charge was read and explained to the accused person and he pleaded guilty.
The prosecutor applied for a warrant to be sent to the exhibit clerk; the application was granted.
Meanwhile, Magistrate Bangura sent the accused person to the male correctional center in Freetown and matter adjourned to the 29th September 2023 for further hearing, while Sergeant 9155 Dwight Macarthy prosecutes the matter.
