Honourable Justice Manfred Sesay has remanded Mohamed Johnson, Aiah Komba, Kalilu Fofanah and Ishmael Charles all accused persons on Monday on Monday 28th August 2023 at the High Court of Sierra Leone in Freetown.
According to the particulars of offence the accused on Tuesday 20th April 2021 at Koidu Town Gbenseh chiefdom in Kono district in the Eastern Region of Sierra Leone conspired with other unknown persons unlawfully and allegedly murdered Kai Osman Fengai.
Justice Sesay told the court that he will closed his address and summing up and verdict to the first accused Mohamed Johnson, second accused Aiah Komba, third accused Kalilu Fofanah and fifth accused Ishmael Charles.
Lead State Prosecutor, Aruna Jalloh Esq told the court that the surety Finda Komba and the fourth accused Victor Kellie was absent in court due to reasons unknown.
It was on this ground that the court clerk informed the court that she have tried to reach the surety but still refused to pick her calls.
Infact, A Jalloh added that they did not know the way about of the surety and 4th accused.
Earlier, the four remaining accused told the court that they had no witnesses to testify but relied on their statements made in police station.
Notwithstanding, Justice Manfred Seasy remanded the remaining accused persons.

Matter adjourned to Monday 4th September 2023 for summing-up address and verdicts.
