BO Rangers Football Club is set to host LISCR FC in CAF Champions League on 19th August 2023 at the Southern Area Stadium in BO City.
The Rangers are going into the first encounter with the added advantage of hosting the first leg at home; they are fresh from the West Africa Championship in Conakry where they emerge as runners in the Championship.
Solomon Demby the Assistant Public Relations of BO Rangers FC said the Championship is a plus to the club as they prepared for their CAF Champion League preliminary round, noting they have learnt a lot from the Championship and they are going into the match well prepare for the clash against the Liberia side.
He confirmed that the team is in high spirits ahead of the match day and the technical staff has put the squad together within time frame and the boys are in high spirits for the match.
Ahead of the clash on Saturday the shipping boys of Liberia have completed the signings of three Sierra Leonean players: they are Santigie Koroma, Alimamy Kamara, and Abass Sesay from PS Zizo and Ibrahim FC respectively, ahead of their match with Bo Rangers in BO City
The shipping boys are in high spirits as they hope to take all three points from Elephants of Bo, a match that promises to be a mouth-watering encounter.
The Liberian side will be traveling to Sierra Leone’s second capital with 5 Sierra Leonean players; the other two joined the club last season.
