Twenty-Four years old Abdulai Naiza Kamara a Trader made his first appearance before Magistrate Peter Brima Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on a count charge to wit Loitering contrary to section 7 of the public order Act No.46 of 1965.
According to the particulars of offence on Monday 5th June 2023 at Block 3 Signal Hill, military officers Quarter the western area in Freetown were found loitering.
When the charge was read and explained to the accused person, he pleaded guilty.
The prosecutor told the court that fact as charge there is no available records against the accused person.
The accused person pleaded with the court to temper justice with mercy oh his behalf because he was unrepresented by a legal counsel.
Meanwhile, Magistrate Gogra cautioned and discharged the accused person pursuant to section 94 of the Criminal Procedure Act No.32 of 1965.
Inspector Musu Edna Kpulun prosecuted the matter.
