This year’s Sierra Leone Confederation Cup FC Kallon arrived at Milan Malpensa Airport on 18th March 2023 ahead of their opening Italian Side Pisa Sporting Club on Monday.
FC Kallon will be in action on 22nd March 2023 at the Rossetti Stadium at (3:00) pm local time Western Area. All arrangement has been put in place for the depart 73rd edition of the Viareggio tournament that is set from the 20th to the 3rd of April 2023 with a 31-man delegation including Officials.
The Viareggio tournament is the third one FC Kallon is part of taking the bill to face Italian side Spal and Hungary side Honved in Group A.
FC Kallon Football Club since its inspection has been a renowned club in Sierra Leone and West Africa, the Club has taken part in three CAF Continental competitions and in all three they progress to the next rounds of the qualifiers. Back home the club has won the Sierra Leone Premier League in 2006 and finished as runners-up for fourth editions of the League; one of the clubs that are much more structured having all categories of levels as a club and many high profile players have passed through the clubs and some have represented the Senior National Team Leone Stars over the years.
