Alfred Koroma employed by Group 4 Security Company and Musa Amara a mason by profession on Wednesday 15th February 2023, appeared before Magistrate Hadiru Daboh of Court No. 3 Ross Road Freetown for two counts charges of conspiracy to commit a felony contrary to law and larceny contrary to Section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on count 1,both accused Alfred Koroma and Musa Amara on Monday 16th January 2023, at SLPMB Compound Wellington, Freetown, conspired together with other person’s unknown to commit a felony to wit larceny.
Count 2 states that both accused on the same date and place did steal four aluminium tanks value sixty four million Leones (Le64M), two trailer base plate value thirty eight million Leones (Le38M) and one Volvo exhaust pipe value seven million Leones (Le7M) all to the sum of one hundred and nine million Leones, property of former AIG of Police Teddy Munda Williams, who is now the Director of Agricultural Production Manufacturer Company (APMC).
Meanwhile, Magistrate Daboh refused bail and sent the accused person to the male correctional center in Freetown and matter was adjourned to the 24th February 2023.
