29yrs old Ibrahim Jalloh alias Shakur a driver made his first appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Ross Road Court No.1 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Fraudulent Conversion Contrary to Section 20 (1) (iv) (a) of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Sunday 4th December 2022 at Kennedy Street, Fourah Bay the western area in Freetown Fraudulently converted to his own use or benefit certain property that is to say one Bajaj Tricycle Kekeh valued at thirty thousand Leones (30,000.00) entrusted to him by Khalilu Mansaray for commercial purpose.
The charge was read and explained to the accused person and no plea was made.
The prosecutor Constable 14032 Koroma E.F seek for a short adjournment date, while the accused person was unrepresented.
Meanwhile, Magistrate Kekura refused bail and adjourned the matter to the 2nd February 2023 for further hearing.
