18yrs old Issa Kargbo alias Big Man an Electrician made his first appearance before Magistrate Peter Brima Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Loitering with intent contrary to the Laws of Sierra Leone.
According to the particulars of offence on Tuesday 10th January 2023 at the big Islam Jamaat Mosque at No.31 Fisher Street the western area in Freetown was found loitering with intent to commit a felony.
The charge was read and explained to the accused person and he pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor told the bench that her witness was absent and requested a short adjournment date.
Main while, Magistrate Gogra refused bail and sent the accused person to the male correctional center in Freetown and matter adjourned to the 16th January 2023 for further hearing. Inspector Musu Edna Kpulun prosecuting the matter.
