28yrs old Paul Solomon Koroma a Digital Marketer made his first appearance before Magistrate Peter Brima Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny by Servant contrary to section 17 (1) (a) of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Thursday 22nd December 2022 at No.13 Sanders Street the western area in Freetown being a servant employed by Type -A house of Electronics Sierra Leone limited stole four boxes H.P LasarJet 507 A ink valued twenty four thousand Leones(24,000) property of Type A- house of Electronics.
The charge was read and explained to the accused person No plea was taken
Assistant Superintendent of police Abdul Sannoh lead Prosecution witness number one Mohamed Slim Conteh, a business man said he recognized the accused person in the dock as an employee at the said office.
He recalled on 22nd December 2022 something transpired between himself and the accused person at this stage the prosecution seeks for a short adjournment date for him to get proper conference with his witness.
Meanwhile Magistrate Gogra refused bail and adjourned the matter to the 13th January 2023 for further hearing.
