21yrs old Lamin Kamara a driver and 19yrs old Sankoh Kalilu a Pupil made their first appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Loitering contrary to section 7 of the public order Act No.46 of 1965.
It was alleged that the accused persons on Monday 10th October 2022 at Gigibunta Beach bar along beach road were found loitering.
The charge was read and explained to the accused persons and both accused persons pleaded guilty.
The prosecutor told the bench that fact as charge there are no available records.
The accused persons were unrepresented and they pleaded with the bench to temper justice with mercy.
However Magistrate Gogra caution both accused persons they were discharge pursuant to section 94 of the Criminal procedure Act No.32 of 1965.
Assistant Superintendent of police Abdul Sannoh prosecuting the matter.
