A respondent of a leased dwelling house matter at the Sefadu Magistrate Court D.O. Barracks in Koidu City Ibrahim Kanu has lavished praises on Magistrate Alpha Ndolleh of the aforementioned court for fairly dispensing Justice in the said matter between the plaintiff Bondu Sonsiama and himself the respondent Ibrahim Kanu on Thursday 6th October, 2022. Talking to this medium just after the said court verdict Ibrahim Kanu maintained that himself and the plaintiff Bondu Sonsiama some time ago went into a dwelling house lease agreement for twenty five years noting haven spent five years at the dwelling house in question on New Sembehun Road, Koidu City some family members of the plaintiff decided to disrespect the lease agreement by forcefully asking him out of the dwelling house in question but because of reasons unknown to him the plaintiff resulted of reported the said matter at one of the local courts in Koidu City thus the Local Court later passed verdict in favour of him but the plaintiff and her family members were displeased thereby went ahead and reported the same matter at the Sefadu Magistrate Court. According to him prior to the verdict of the local court, the plaintiff was advised to negotiate with the respondent for at least ten ( 10) days in order to address the matter but to no avail rather the plaintiff went and reported the said matter at the Sefadu Magistrate court adding after more than six months court sittings the said matter was on Thursday 6th October, 2022 ruled in favour of him Ibrahim Kanu. He lauded the Justice system under the SLPP led government as justice is for everyone irrespective of one’s tribe, religion region, or political belongings. Whilst describing Magistrate Alpha Ndolleh as a fair and Godly personality Mr. Kanu expressed insecurity living in the house in question because according to him prior to the court verdict in the early hours of Thursday 6th October, 2022 two family members of the plaintiff Jamal Sonsiama and Sahr Sonsiama whilst they were in bed allegedly set ablaze some part of the house in question noting it was due to the swift intervention of some police officers around by then who went to put out the said fire. He said the police officers who went to put out the said fire told him that they saw the aforementioned two suspects performing the act. Meanwhile police investigation into the matter is in progress at the criminal investigation Department of the Tankoro Police Divisional Headquarters in Koidu City.
