Judicial records states that Ibrahim Sorie Munu Jalloh on 31st May 2022, engaged in an act of sexual penetration of a minor at Hill Station in Freetown.
He pleaded not guilty, but the Judge warned him not to waste the court’s time on whether or not he committed the said offence.
The medical report before the court shows a complete rupture of the victim’s hymen.
Unisa Turay according to the particulars of offence, on a date unknown between 1st April and 31st May 2021 engaged in an act of sexual penetration against a child at Soja town community Moriba Kissy. He also pleaded not guilty.
When questioned to ascertain his address within the jurisdiction of Sierra Leone, the accused refused to disclose his address. Bail was refused and the matter was adjourned to Friday 7th October 2022.
Both accused made their first appearance before Appeals court judge Momoh Jah-Steven at the sexual Offences model division of the high court on Wednesday 5th October 2022 and had no legal representation. The matters are being prosecuted by State Counsel Pious Sesay.
While Unisa Turay is a market keeper in Freetown, Ibrahim Jalloh is unemployed.
