SLPP More Formidable In Kono Than In Anyother District-Vice president discloses

The Vice President of the Republic of Sierra Leone Dr. Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh amid his nationwide engagement with the Sierra Leone People`s Party stalwarts and supporters has disclosed that the party is more formidable in Kono than in any other district in the country.

The vice president therefore pleaded with all and sundry within the party to maintain the present status quo of the in the district.

 Dr Jalloh said that the laudable work of the Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP) in Kono District under the leadership of the present party executives is as a result of members of the party seeing themselves as a family.

The Vice President made the statement at the party’s District office at main kainkordu road in Koidu city whilst intensifying his phase two nationwide engagement on voter registration.

He told the audience that he was in the district to setup the present phase two of the ongoing voter registration in the country.

The Vice president encouraged all and sundry who have attained the voting age especially members of the party to treat the ongoing voter registration with the seriousness it deserves whiles clearly pointing out that the retention of the party in governance is through registration.

The Vice President Dr. Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh seized the opportunity to inform the audience about the successful return in the country of his boss President Bio from the United Nations Transforming Education Summit in the USA, New York City as Co-Chairman of the said session.

He said the SLPP led government under the leadership of President Bio is a result oriented one and thereby stressed the importance of its continuity in governance.

However, the disclosure of his support to the ongoing voter registration to the party executives and statements by some other stakeholders present climaxed the said meeting.
