34yrs old Daniel Gooding a notorious criminal made his first appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Burglary and Larceny contrary to section 25 (1) and 13 (a) of Larceny Act of 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Monday 12th September 2022 at No109 Peninsular Road Goderich the western area in Freetown with intent to defraud broke and entered into the dwelling house of Susan Baindu Janneh and stole therein one Iphone eight plus valued eight thousand four hundred Leones (8,400) one Iphone seven plus valued five thousand Leones(5,000) one Ipad valued four thousand two hundred Leones(4,200) and a cash sum of ten thousand Leones (10,000) all to the total value of Twenty seven thousand six hundred Leones (27,600) property of the said Susan Baindu Janneh.
The charges were read and explained to the accused person and pleaded not guilty.
Main while, Magistrate Gogra refused bail and sent the accused person to the male correctional centre in Freetown and matter was adjourned to the 29th September 2022, while police sergeant 10041 Koroma M.R.E prosecuting the matter.
