26yrs old Alhaji Kamara a business man made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Unlawful Possession contrary to section 13 (1) CAP 37 as amended by Section 5 of Act No.6 of 1981.
According to the particulars of offence on Thursday 23rd June 2022, at King Jimmy Light Foot Boston Street the western area in Freetown was found in possession of eight brown coloured man belts and one black coloured back pack reasonable suspected to have been stolen or unlawfully obtained.
The charges was read and explained to the accused person and pleaded not guilty.
The prosecution lead four witnesses and the accused person was granted bail in the sum of twenty million Leones with one surety in like sum surety to be resident in the western area surety to produce valid identity card depicting his or her address in Freetown; bail to be approved by the Bench.
After twelfth appearance before Magistrate Gogra the prosecution didn’t bring any witnesses the accused person was discharge pursuant to section 94 of the Criminal procedure Act No.32 of 1965 police constable 15192, while Mansaray M prosecuted the matter.
