Brigadier General (Rtd) Julius Maada Wonnie Bio, President of the Republic of Sierra Leone, Supreme Head of State and Grand Commander of the Order of the Republic, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Fountain Head of Unity, Honour, Freedom, and Justice is a Man of few words and whatever he says will definitely come to pass.
He is not the regular type of President that Sierra Leone has had. But one who is sent by God to redeem his people from the barbaric and evil bondage of the APC Terrorists.
We all knew how the main opposition APC had destroyed not only the economic condition of Sierra Leone but also the reputation of our lovely nation internationally through its bad system of governance.
But with President Maada Bio, he keeps demonstrating to us as a people and the World as a whole that he is indeed a God sent to rescue a falling nation, from the hands of the failed APC regime.
Since President Bio took over in April 2018, every Sector in the Country has experienced tremendous Growth. And as a result of his result-oriented moves, even people who doubted him at the start had begun to show sign of appreciation by promising him their votes in the 2023 presidential election.
The hate and unpatriotic behaviors the All People’s Congress (APC) party had shown and demonstrated not only to President Bio and his Government but to the Country, only mean one thing, which is they are not good for this Country and must never be tolerated by Sierra Leoneans to form a government. As a people, we are not safe under the reign of APC, thus we should continue to keep them as permanent opposition in Sierra Leone.
But despite them being the main opposition party, they lack the skills and acumen needed as an opposition, let alone giving them the opportunity to form a government. These APC guys only knew one thing in governance, which is how to siphon what belongs to the people as their own. They mean no good for Sierra Leone, with their only aim and objective is how they will continue to wreck this Nation with bad contracts and loans, as we experienced under Ernest Bai Koroma reigned.
In our opening paragraph, we stated that President Maada Bio is a man of his words, and indeed so, he is living up to expectations by providing the people of Sierra Leone what he said he will do during his 2018 campaigns and his Manifesto Document.
Firstly, President Bio promised the free quality education, though it is a huge task, he has successfully delivered by not only increasing the number of schools and teachers in the country but also sending over 2.7 million pupils in school, taking care of their fees and other charges, which has made him a champion of Education in the World. Now is being invited by the United Nations to serve as Co-chair in a huge Educational Platform.
Secondly, the Bio Administration has provided constant power supply for the people of Sierra Leone and continues to extend power supply to remote towns and villages, which has employed millions of Sierra Leoneans in the Capital and other parts of the country.
In addition, major roads and bridges had been constructed by President Maada Bio, thereby connecting one district to the other, which has also creates huge economic activity for the people in the interior, by putting money in the pocket of farmers and business people.
The “Mr.Tok and Do” President Bio had expunged the Criminal Libel law, a law, which no President before him dreamt of removing. But it took a man of courage and a believer of free speech, who is President Bio to do such.
Furthermore, President Julius Maada Bio had increased salaries across all sectors, wherein civil and Public servants in Sierra Leone will match the condition of living in an average life compare to Countries in the sub-region, if not better than them.
It would be a huge task for Uncle Sankara Media Platform to catalogue all what President Julius Maada Bio has done in just four years because he had exhausted all the things he promised Sierra Leoneans in a speed to the 2018 election.
What he is now rolling out are bonuses for his people, who according to a strong APC fanatic who decided to remain anonymous said, President Bio has done more than what he promised, and therefore it would be very difficult for them as party to unseat him in the 2023 election.
