Abubakar Fofanah a Fisherman made his first appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Tuesday 23rd August 2022 at Milton Street Murray Town the western area in Freetown conspired did steal by trick one A56 Itel Mobile phone valued eight hundred Leones (800) property of Chrispin Matieh Simbo.
The charges was read and explained to the accused person and pleaded guilty.
However, Magistrate Gogra due to the plea mitigation by the accused sentenced the accused person to eight months imprisonment to the male correctional center in Freetown.
Inspector Musu Edna Kpulun prosecuted the matter.
