The Sierra Leone Under-15 team will on the 18th of August 2022 at 10 am start their WAFU Zone A U-15 campaign against Mauritania at the Samuel Kanyon Doe sports complex in Paynesville city, Liberia.
The tournament which was supposed to host 7 countries will now see 4 countries battling for the zonal top spot.
The tournament’s opening fixture will see the host Liberia playing against Senegal on the 18th of August 2022 at 8 am.
The tournament will be played on a round-robin basis and the team with the highest point will be crowned the champion.
The tournament is a 30 minutes per-half duration, and teams are allowed to make 5 substitutions in three (3) intervals.
