18yrs old Hassan Dumbuya made his first appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act of 1916
According to the particulars of offence on Monday 1st, August 2022 at Gloucester village, the mountain rural district the western area in Freetown did steal one Aluminum mortal valued one hundred and fifty Leones (150,000) and one brown color Laundry bowl valued at one hundred and eighty Leones (180,000) all to the total value of three hundred and thirty Leones (330.00) property of Isha Conteh.
The charge was read and explained to the accused person who pleaded guilty.
The prosecution informed the Bench that her witness is absent, the fact as charged and there are no available records about the accused person.
However, Magistrate Gogra cautioned and discharged the accused persons pursuant to section 94 of the Criminal procedure Act No.32 of 1965.
Inspector Mabel M. Tarawalie prosecutes the matter.
