Tridankay Jabbie a business woman made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916
According to the particulars of offence on Monday the 20th June 2022 at No10 pipe line Marjay town Goderich the western area in Freetown did steal the sum of forty thousand new Leones (40,000) from Moses Tucker.
On his first appearance the charges were read and explained to the accused person and pleaded not guilty.
Counsel representing the accused person A.R Kargbo renewed his previous bail applications on behalf of the accused person.
However, Magistrate Gogra granted the accused person bail in the sum of eighty Million Leones with two sureties in like sum surety to be resident in the western area sureties to produce valid identity card depicting his or her address in Freetown one surety to be employed bail to be approved by the Bench.
Assistant Superintendent of police A.S Sannoh prosecuting the Matter adjourned to the 3rd August 2022 for further hearing.
