21yrs old Abubakar Sesay a vehicle Conductor and 32yrs old Abdul Tejan Bangura a business man made another appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on three count charges to wit Conspiracy to commit a crime contrary to law, Larceny and receiving stolen goods.
According to the particulars of offence on count one on the 14th June 2022 both accused persons conspired together and with other persons unknown to commit a crime to wit Larceny on count two the first accused person Musa Kamara did steal one TVS motor bike with registration number ATQ 564 valued twenty one million Leones (Le 21,000,000) property of Major Anthony Mansaray. On count three at the same place and date did receive one TVS motor bike with registration number ATQ 564 valued twenty one million Leones(Le 21,000,000) property of the said Major Anthony Mansaray Knowing same to have been stolen.
Counsel representing the second accused person A.R Kargbo renewed his previous bail applications on behalf of the accused person.
Magistrate Kekura granted the second accused person that was charged with the offence of receiving stolen goods bail in the sum of one thousand Leones or one surety in like sum surety must be resident in the western area surety should produce identity card depicting his or her address in Freetown bail to be approved by the Deputy assistant Registrar.
Matter adjourned to the 21st July 2022 for further hearing, while Inspector Kadie M Taylor Prosecuting the matter.
