The Old Saint Andrew’s Students Association (OSASA) Annual General Meeting ended over the weekend with a peaceful election.  Engineer Dr. Dankona Luseni was duly elected as President and Dr. Mohamed Foe as his deputy.

In his post-election speech, Ing. Dankona Luseni called on all to come and work together as his administration will leave no one behind but will also focus on team work based on consultation as a driving force that will enhance development and progress of their Alma meter. He said their administration will be focused on promoting academic excellence in the school.

He commended the out-going executive for bringing OSASA to an enviable height and promised to continue were the past executive stopped.

The newly elected Secretary of OSASA, Jinnah Kachina Lahai called on all old students to come onboard and be of service to their school and to own the Association.

The Outgoing President of the OSASA, James Lavalie pledged his unflinching cooperation and support, even as he is no longer in charge. He described St. Andrew’s Secondary School as a baby that needs perpetual nurturing.
