Alhaji Foday Sonnie, Alusine Logan aka Don Jazzy, Edward Brima Tengbeh, Alhaji Jalloh aka Scottish, Ibrahim Kamara aka gangster, Saidu Jalloh aka VIP, Issa Conteh aka Shakur, Abdul Kamara aka Young grow, Abu Bakarr Sesay aka Wizzy, Julius Rogers, Alimamy Sesay aka Khlofa, and Ahmed Koroma aka Boika appeared before Justice Ansumana Ivan Sesay of the High Court No.1 in Freetown on two counts offences.
The Statement of Offence of the accused persons of Conspiracy and the particulars of offence states that the accused persons on the 26th December 2018 and the 29th December 2018 at Freetown in the Western Area of the Republic of Sierra Leone Conspired together and with other person’s unknown to commit a felony.
And on count two the statement of offence of all accused persons charged on murder and that the particulars of offence reads that the accused persons on the 29th December 2018 at Freetown in the Western Area of the Republic of Sierra Leone murdered Osman Bangura aka Toshiba.
All jurors were present at the time of the trial. Second Prosecution Witness Brima Koroma a detective police Corpral 1205 attached to the Anti- fraud unit CID headquarters said he recognizes all accused persons.
He said on the 21st January 2019 he was on duty at the CID Headquarters when the lead investigator John G.K Williams and himself obtained voluntary caution statement (VCS) from the 7th accused person who identified the deceased as a member of the club.
He continued that VCS was also obtained from the 5th accused person and tendered as Exhibit K1-10.
He said the 5th accused person was also a member of the Grafton Hood (GH) club and has a son aged 3years and a wife named Rozay both of them got separated when Rozay left him for a new relationship with Alia Jackina a member of the back rose (BR) club.
He said the 5th accused in his VCS said there was a grudge and malice between himself and Toshiba the (deceased).
He said Saidu Jalloh aka VIP, Jordan, Splater, Alu Tallan, Wizzy, Gangster go Khalifa and others laid ambush do the black rose hood after he was beaten by the leader of the black rose Community for Rozay.
He said it was Alu and Allan that stabbed the deceased Osman Bangura aka Toshiba.
He said the accused persons 1st, 2nd, and 3rd accused persons on the 24th March 2019 on one count charge of Conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm, and on the 24th March 2019 charged the 9th and 10th accused person with the offence of conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm.
On the 25th March 2019 also charged the 11th accused on one count charge of Conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm and on the 27th March 2019 charged the 12th accused person with the Offences of Murder and Conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm.

The matter has been adjourned to the 16th June for further hearing.
