Albert John Kandeh a Serving Member of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Sierra Leone (RSLAF) has on the 31st May 2022, appeared before Magistrate Isata Sellu Tucker of Court No 3 for allegedly killing one Marie Bangura.
The accused is charged with a count of murder contrary to law. According to the Particulars of offence the accused Albert John Kandeh on Tuesday 18th January 2022, at Ansumana Street, Kambia 2 Check Point in Magbema Chiefdom, Kambia district murdered Marie Bangura.
The charge was read and explained to the accused person and no plea taken.
Magistrate Tucker sent the accused person to the male correctional center in Freetown and matter adjourned to the 7th June 2022, while Detective Superintendent of police Sorie Conteh is Prosecuting the matter.
In another development in the same court and Magistrate, Idrissa John Paul Kamara was also remanded in custody when he allegedly defrauds one Abdul Aziz Jalloh five thousand united state dollars for European travel. He was sent to the male correctional center in Freetown matter adjourned to the 7th June 2022, Chief Inspector Francis Macauley is Prosecuting the matter.
