Following Police Investigation into circumstances surrounding the alleged killing of the fourteen years old boy Mohamed Kamara in Bo for reported phone theft. The public relations officer of the Sierra Leone Police Force Southern Region Assistant Superintendent of Police, Mohamed Bonson Senu whilst updating our correspondent on the postmortem examination conducted by the government pathologist Dr. Owiss Kamara to ascertain the cause of death maintained that Mohamed Kamara was tortured to death by his foster parents and others unknown.
ASP Senu further noted that according to the postmortem result, the deceased neck and collar bones were broken including multiples of scars all over his remains which the result stated cannot be unconnected with the torturing he underwent before he finally gave up the ghost.
Meanwhile, the alleged perpetrators are still in police custody helping them in their investigation while information and photos of the other suspect on the run are highly solicited by the police in order for him to face the full penalty of the law. The remains of the deceased have already been buried at the Bo City Cemetery.
