The call over of the May Criminal Session of the high court of Sierra Leone continued on the 17th May 2022 at the High Court No.1 in Freetown presided over by Justice Brown Mark.
Saidu Sesay made his final appearance before Justice Brown Mark on one count charge of wounding with intent contrary to section 18 of the offences against the person Act 1861.
The particulars of offence states that he accused person Saidu Sesay alias SS on the 8th October 2021 at Freetown in the Western Area of the Republic of Sierra Leone wounded Sulaiman Kargbo with intent to do him grievous bodily harm.
The accused who pleaded guilty and Justice Brown Mark sentenced the accused person to 1year Six Months.
The complainant was absent in court, said State prosecutor J S Tucker.
J S Tucker represented the complainant whilst C Tucker represented the accused person.
