Unisa Samura a Civil servant, Richard Maggao a Drive and Saidy Kasseh Sesay a security made another appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Murder contrary to law.
According to the particulars of offence on Wednesday 27th October 2022 at upper George Brook Dwarzark Farm in the western area in Freetown all accused persons murdered Sinneh Koroma.
Leading evidence by Assistant Superintendent of police Christiana Davies Cole ESQ and Sergeant 9155 Dwight Macarthy, the Fifth Prosecution witness (PW5) Abdul Aziz Koroma Station supervisor at Mambo Fuel Station said he cannot recognize the accused persons.
PW5 recalled the 27th October 2021 on that day he received information from his sister and went to Connaught Hospital on arrival he met the deceased in a condition that doctor was administering first aid and he took pictures of the scene in the hospital with his Tecno mobile phone the mobile phone was tender in court and marked as exhibit J and the printed pictures was tender as A1-3.
Cross examination was done by defense counsel Charles I. Williams.
Magistrate Kekura sent both accused persons to the male correctional center in Freetown matter adjourned to the 26th May 2022 for ruling.
