Nelson Idrissa Kargbo popularly known as ‘Markmuday’ has released his new song title “Mironki”. The song has hit the Musical industry with a classic video. The song is currently trending in all social media platforms with more than five thousand nine hundred and one views on YouTube.
Nelson Idrissa Kargbo aka Markmuday was born and raised in Freetown and has been passionate about music since he was a teenager.
He started to play the keyboard, sing and write Afro-pop songs without ever going classes. It was later that he achieved a certificate in audio production at Auycade School Network. This inspired the production of the celebrated song Makenneh.
Since then, his musical genius has been soaring and accounts for his ever growing fan base.
He has done bigger hit songs such as Pepe Wata (which he produced and released in 2015). He also released another song entitled “Aw Ar Connect” in March 2016.
In 2017 Markmuday signed a lucrative contract locally based music industry K.M.E alongside other artists like Rozzy, Blesz, Future K, Kracktwist and Samza. Some of his hit songs released also include “Kushe” featuring Rozzy, Kam Ya and Ormojuba with KME all stars and many others.
In early 2019 the Afrobeat pop star Markmuday, unveiled his own record label (SLIM NATION). He was gracious enough to have in a public way thanked the entire KME team for his stint with the group.
Sierra Leone is proud of this exceptional talent that is poised to continue to fly the nation’s flag higher. MARKMUDAY is deservedly crowned the SLIM NATION Star bound to epitomize the true African talent across the globe.
His outstanding performance in the Musical industry has made it possible to pair with other foreign artists such as Solstar, Simi, among other big names.
