Zainab Sesay and Mariama Ramatu Sesay a business women made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on two count charges to wit threatening language contrary to section 3(1) of the Public Order Act No.46 of 1965 and Public insult and provocation contrary to section 2 of the public order Act No.46 of 1965.
According to the particulars of offence on Saturday 18th September 2021 at No5 Freetown Road Goderich the western area in Freetown did use certain threatening language against Agnes Othello Kargbo, with intent to provoke her to commit a breach of the peace and on count two at the same place and date in her presence and in the view of the public as would be likely to provoke her to commit the breach of the peace.
The accused person was granted ten million Leones bail each and they have made nine appearances before the said Magistrate.
However Magistrate Gogra discharged the matter pursuant to section 94 of the Criminal procedure Act No.32 of 1965. Deputy Superintendent of police Eric Deen prosecuting the matter.
