Honorable Manso Dumbuya, Board Chairman of Sierra Leone Air Port Authority, has on the 12 2021, dragged Samuel Michelle Kabia school going pupil attending War Wounded Senior Secondary School in Grafton before Magistrate Hadiru Daboh in Freetown for house broking and unlawful entering into his dwelling house with the aim to steal.
The accused Samuel Michelle Kabia is charge on two file of burglary and larceny contrary to Section 25 (1) and 13 (a) of the larceny act 1916.
According to the charge sheet on both file, the accused Samuel Michelle Kabia on diverse dates between Thursday 21 January and Friday 5 February 2021at No. 5 Fannah Street Allen town in Freetown with intent to steal, broke and entered into the dwelling house of Honorable Manso Dumbuya Board Chairman of Sierra Leone Air Port Authority and senior member of the Sierra Leone People’s Party and stole therein eight million five hundred thousand Leones, property of Honorable Manso Dumbuya.
The accused is been remanded in custody until Wednesday 17 February 2021. Sergeant 9095 Fofanah H.S is prosecuting the matter.
