29yrs Old Ibrahim Mohamed Kamara made his first appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on one count to wit Murder contrary to law
According to the particulars of offence on Saturday 21st January, 2022 at Rotheren Village, Rorrende Chiefdom, and Port Loko district the North West in the Republic of Sierra Leone Murdered Alpha Bankoh.
The charge was read and explained to the accused person and he pleaded not guilty
However Magistrate Kekura refused bail and sent the accused person to the male correctional center in Freetown the matter was adjourned to the 1st March 2022
