Alouysh Deen Tarawally alias arata has on Tuesday 15th February 2022, made his first appearance before Magistrate Mark Ngegba of Court No 2 at Pademba Road in Freetown, on two files, the first file the accused person was alone and on the other file the accused person is jointly charge on the other file. On the first file, the accused Alousious Deen Tarawally alias arata is charged on three counts ranging from carrying offensive weapon, disorderly behavior and throwing missile all Contrary to the laws of Sierra Leone.
According to the charge sheet on count 1, the accused Aloouysh Deen Tarawally alias arata on Wednesday 9th February 2022, at Aberdeen Police Station, Freetown, was found carrying offensive weapon to wit cutlass without lawful authority or reasonable excuse.
Count 2 state that the accused on the same date and place, did behave in a disorderly manner.
And on count 3 state that the accused on the same date and place was found throwing missiles of Aberdeen Police Station.
On the second file William Mathew Johnson alias Game Terror and Aloouysh Deen Tarawally alias arata are charged on three counts, two counts of robbery and a count of conspiracy.
According to the charge sheet on count 1, the accused Aloouysh Deen Tarawally alias arata on Friday 31st December 2021, at Beach Road, Car Wash Lumley, Freetown, conspired together and with other person’s unknown to commit robbery.
Count 2 state that the accused Alousious Deen Tarawally alias arata on the same date and place robbed Alhaji Mohamed Barrie of one Blu mobile phone value three million five hundred thousand Leones, property of the said Alhaji Mohamed Barrie.
Count 3 state that, William Mathew Johnson alias Game Terror, on Friday 31st December 2021, at Car Wash, Beach Road, Lumley, Freetown, robbed Alhaji Mohamed Barrie of one Blu mobile phone value three million five hundred thousand Leones property of Alhaji Mohamed Barrie.
The charges were read and explained to the accused person and they pleaded not guilty
The accused persons were unrepresented.
However Magistrate Ngegba refused bail and sent both accused persons to the male correctional center in Freetown matter adjourned to the 22nd February 2022.
