2 Traders Granted Bail for Theft Offence

At the Criminal session at the High court Holden in Freetown on the 1st February 2022 before Justice  Adrian Fisher at the Judicial Week Ibrahim Jimmy Bangura and Peter Sesay allegedly accused of conspiring together to commit a felony contrary to law and Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.

According to the particulars of offence on Thursday 4th November 2021 at the Saint Joseph primary school Howe street the western Area in Freetown conspired together with other persons unknown to commit a felony to wit Larceny and on count two on the same date at the same place stole one black color Iphone8+ valued four million Leones(4,000,000) one color Itel mobile phone valued nine hundred thousand Leones(900,000) and the sum of five million Leones(5,000,000) all to the total valued of nine million nine hundred thousand Leones(9,900,000) property of Kanah Lewis. 

Justice Adrian Fisher granted the first accused person bail in the sum of ten million Leones or two sureties in like sum sureties to present valid identity card depicting his/her addresses in Freetown the bail to be approved by the master and Registrar the first accused person was sent to the male correctional center in Freetown matter adjourned to the 10th February 2022.
