For Malicious Damage: 19yrs-old Granted Le20m Bail

19yrs old Musa Koroma made another appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on one count charge to wit malicious damage contrary to section 51 of the malicious damage Act 1861

According to the particulars of offence on Sunday 16th January 2022 at Regent Road Lumley the western area in Freetown maliciously damaged one Toyota Highlander vehicle with registration number ASC 625 front screen valued at one thousand united State dollars equivalent to eleven million five hundred thousand Leones(11,500,000) property of Albert Nyakeh Ndaloma.

The charge was read to the accused person and he pleaded not guilty.

The accused person was unrepresented in court.

However, Magistrate Gogra granted the accused person bail in the sum of twenty million Leones, with two sureties in like sum sureties to be resident in the western area, sureties to produce valid identity card depicting his/her addresses in Freetown one surety to be employed the bail to be approved by the Deputy Acting Registrar.

Inspector Musu E Kpulun is prosecuting the matter adjourned to the 24th February 2022 for further hearing.
