17yrs old Samuel Mohamed Kanu a trader made another appearance before justice Komba Kamanda JA on a count of Murder contrary to law.
The accused Samuel Mohamed Kanu on Monday 19th February 2018 at No. 40 back pole street 555 spot new London Waterloo murdered Gibrilla Kargbo.
The accused person was initially charged with Murder but the offence was later reduced to to manslaughter
The accused person was found guilty after the prosecution has led two witnesses,
Justice Kamanda sentenced the accused person to 15 years imprisonment at the male correctional center in Freetown.
