The Sierra Leone Lawn Tennis Association has on Friday 15th October 2021 topped the tables in the Benin Junior U- 12 team in Benin as they are currently leading the league with ten points clear.
Sierra Leone defeated Burkina Faso by (3:0) in the Boys category and the single results are as follows
Musa Mansaray in number 3 beat Burkina Faso number 1 by two sets to nil (6:2) (6:3)
Mohamed Kamara from Sierra Leone in number 1 beat Burkina Faso player in number 2 by two sets to nil (6:1) (6:1)
In the Double results
Musa Mansaray and Mohamed Kamara beat Burkina Faso by two sets to nil (6:0) (6:1) in all Sierra Leone defeated Burkina Faso by 3 set to nil
As it stands Sierra Leone boys have qualified for the AFRICA Junior Championship that is set to take place in South Africa in December 2021.
The Sierra Leone Boys has also topped the trophies, medals and technical points with ten points, pending the outcome of the host Benin Vs Ghana as Benin are tied on points.
