The Camp Canada Athletics Club is gearing up for the 7th edition of their annual Inter-club athletes meet at the Trade Centre complex, Dock Yard.
The two days meet is scheduled to take place on the 5th & 6th November next month.
According to one of the chief organizers, Alim Kamara, the participating clubs have already been divided into four houses – (Yellow), (Green), (Blue) (Red).
Mr Kamara said the essence of the event is to identify young talents and prepare them for club competitions, including the annual Boxing Day Athletics meet in December.
“This year’s meet I believe will be unique and well contested because this will be the first big competition for the athletes since Sporting activities were lifted across the country due to the Covid-19. Also we will be having invitation relay for radio stations,” Alim Kamara said
