Some onlookers, albeit unprofessional, speculate that crabs and fishes in the river might have been responsible for this mutilation, given the extended time Patrick’s remains spent in the water before being found.

This examination aims to determine the cause of death and investigate the circumstances surrounding the apparent mutilation. As of the latest update, the remains are still at the Koidu Government Hospital mortuary, awaiting the postmortem examination and subsequent burial.
