Eight Drivers including Gaber A.G Assar a Lebanese National, Mohamed Bangura, Amadu Sesay, Edward Wilson, Abu Bakarr Mansaray a tricycle rider, Mamud Sesay, Abubakar Jawara and Mohamed Bangura a motorbike rider made their first appearance before Magistrate Lodonnette Macauley of Pademba road court No.5 in Freetown on different count charges.
According to the particulars of offence the accused persons on Wednesday 5th January 2023 along Kissy Road CBD were using an authorized route to wit Kissy Road; on count two causing obstruction to traffic; on count three falling to produce riders license on demand, and on count four driving dangerously.
The charges were read and explained to all accused persons and they pleaded guilty on all counts charge.
All accused persons was unrepresented and they were fine accordingly and were demanded to pay all fines state.
Sergeant 8907 Kargbo J.D prosecuted the matter.
