38yrs old Mohamed Fornah alias Lover boy a miner, 20yrs old Daniel Goba an electronics technician and 32yrs old Alhaji Conteh a contractor made another appearance before Magistrate Santigie Bangura of Pademba road court No.3 in Freetown on two count charges to wit Conspiracy contrary to law and Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act of 1916.

According to the particulars of offence on Saturday 28th January 2023 at No.2 river peninsular Road the western area in Freetown both accused persons conspired together and with other persons unknown to commit a felony to wit Larceny on count two all accused persons did steal one hundred and fifty pieces of 2×12×14 timber boards value one hundred and sixty new Leones(160) each all to the total value of twenty four Leones(24,000), one hundred and twenty pieces of 1×12×14 timber boards each valued one hundred and thirty Leones(130)  and other assorted timber boards all to the total value of Forty six thousand one hundred Leones(46,100) Property of Pastor Sia Nyandemah.

The charges were read and explained to the accused persons pleaded not guilty.

Counsel representing the accused person Ibrahim Turay renewed his previous Bail applications on behalf of the accused persons.

Meanwhile, Magistrate Bangura granted the accused persons bail in the sum of fifty thousand Leones each with two sureties in like sum.

Sureties must be resident within Freetown one surety should be responsible citizen must have national passport sureties to produce valid identity card depicting his or her addresses in Freetown bail to be approved by the Deputy assistant Registrar. The Matter was adjourned to the 23rd March 2023 for further hearing Sub inspector J.K Songo is prosecuting the matter.
