Abubakarr Bangura alias Ten floor, Haroun Conteh alias Wanie and Roland Thomas alias body trouble made another appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on five Count charges to wit Conspiracy to commit a felony contrary to law, Robbery with violence contrary to section 23 (1) (b) of the Larceny Act 1916 as repealed and replaced by Section 2 of Act No 16 of 1971, Wounding contrary to section 20 of the offences against the person Act 1861 and two count of Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm contrary to section 47 of the offences against the person Act 1861.
The charges was read to the accused persons and they pleaded not guilty
The accused persons were unrepresented.
However Magistrate Keikura refused bail and adjourned the matter to the 29th November 2021, ASP Aminatu Daboh prosecuting the Matter.
