Mani Moigua 26yrs old has on the 21st September, 2021 made another appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown to respond to a case of Larceny.

Particulars of offence indicated that the accused sometimes in October 2020  at Standard Charter Bank  at Light foot Boston street in Freetown did steal one black pack bag containing the sum of one thousand five hundred Guinea Frank, $1,500, one Malian passport with serial number AA0265828 bearing the name Mamoudou Kouuate, a photograph of him stamped with a Canadian visa, one Guinea Driver’s license, one Eco bank ATM card, in one  of Sierra Palm hotel room and stole phones all to the total sum of 21 million leones properties of Mahmoud Kuyateh.

Third prosecution witness, Onie Patricia Quee 9306 Sergeant attached at the breaking and larceny syndicate CID HQ said she recognized the accused and the complainant.

She said on the 2nd November, 2020 a transfer case from Central police station of Larceny containing one statements two documents and a flash drive was allocated to her for further investigation and the statement of the complainant was also in the file.

On 5th November 2020 an additional statements was obtained from the complainant Mamoud Kuyateh a Guinea national. She told the court that statements were obtained from the witnesses. On the 7th November 2020 the accused person was arrested and brought in by Inspector Abdul.

And the accused person was sent to the male correctional center in Freetown; matter was adjourned to the 28 September 2021.
