25yrs old Christopher Junior Alpha made another appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on three court charges to wit Wounding with intent contrary to section 18 of the offences against the person Act 1861, Wounding contrary to section 20 of the offences against the person Act 1816 and Assault occasioning actual bodily harm contrary to section 47 of the offences against the person Act 1861.
According to the particulars of offence on Wednesday 11th August 2021at No.2 Smart Lane New England Ville Wounded and Assaulted Joe Kebbie with intent to do him grievous bodily harm.
The Lawyer representing the accused person I.N Gaber renewed his bail application on behalf of the accused person.
Magistrate Keikura granted the accused person bail in the sum of fifty million Leones or one surety in like sum the surety must be resident in the western area, the surety should produce identity card depicting his/her address in Freetown to be approved by the Deputy Acting Registrar.
ASP Aminatu Daboh is prosecuting the Matter that is adjourned to the 25th October 2021.
