25yrs old Mohamed Alie Kabia made another appearance before Magistrate Hadiru K Daboh of Ross Road Court No.3 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on the 30th October 2021 along Bai Bureh Road Congo Water Wellington the western area in Freetown Stole one Rubber bowl value two hundred thousand Leones (200,000) containing fisical cash of two million Leones(2,000,000) and fried food substance value eight hundred thousand Leones(800,000) all to the total value of three million Leones(3,000,000) Property of Kadiatu Sorie Bangura
The charges were read to the accused person on his first appearance the accused person pleaded not guilty.
The accused person spent one month in the male correctional center in Freetown
The prosecution informed the court that on several adjourning date the complainant has not shown up.
However Magistrate Daboh said in that light he discharge the matter pursuant to section 94 of the Criminal procedure Act No.32 of 1965
Sergeant 9095 Fofanah H.S prosecuting the Matter whilst the accused person was unrepresented.
