Mohamed Kamara has on the 3rd November, 2021 made his first appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 on three count charges to wit Wounding with intent contrary to section 18 of the offences against the person Act 1861, Wounding contrary to section 20 of the offence against the person Act 1861 and Assault occasioning actual bodily harm contrary to section 47 of the offences against the person Act 1861.
According to the particulars of offence on Sunday 24th October 2021 at Guard Street the western area in Freetown maliciously wounded and Assaulted him in a manner thereby occasioning actual bodily harm Ibrahim Turay “alias stone’’ with intent to do him grievous bodily harm.
The charges were read to the accused person and pleaded not guilty. Magistrate Gogra sent the accused person to the male correctional center in Freetown.
Inspector D.N Koroma is prosecuting and the matter adjourned to the 11th November 2021.
