Yusif Turay made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Saturday 25th September 2021 at No.25 Lewis Street the western area in Freetown Stole one IPhone 6 mobile phone valued one million four hundred thousand leones (1,400,000) and one button techno manual mobile phone valued two hundred and fifty thousand Leones (250,000) all to the total value of one million six hundred and fifty thousand Leones (1,650,000) property of Abie Cole
The complainant was present in court and no plea taken.
However Magistrate Gogra granted the accused person bail in the sum of twenty million Leones or two sureties in like sum sureties to be resident in the western area in Freetown the said sureties must produce his/her identity card depicting his addresses in Freetown and one surety must be gainfully employed bail to be approved by the Deputy Acting Registrar.
Sergeant 11406 Musu E Kpulun prosecuting the Matter adjourned to the 12th November 2021.
