Hassan Bockarie made his first appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Sunday 24th October 2021 at Waterloo Street the western area in Freetown did steal by trick one itel p37 mobile phone valued one million three hundred thousand Leones (1,300,000) and the sum of two hundred United States dollars ($200) equivalent to two million, one hundred and forty thousand Leones (2,140,000) all to the total value of three million four hundred and forty thousand Leones (3,440,000) property of Habib Kemoh Sesay whilst in custody of Alhaji Kemoh Sesay.
The charge was read to the accused person and pleaded not guilty.
However, no plea taken; the matter was adjourned to the 11th November 2021.
