Ezekiel Amidu Conteh made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on two count charges to wit wounding contrary to section 20 of the offences against the person Act 1861 and Assault occasioning actual bodily harm contrary to section 47 of the offences against the person Act 1861.
According to the particulars of offence on Saturday 27th February 2021 at Phase one Gbangbanyilla Hill station the mountain rural district the western area in Freetown wounded and Assaulted Shabera Kamara in a manner thereby occasioning her actual bodily harm.
The accused person was granted ten million Leones bail and the prosecution leads three witnesses and the accused person made twenty five appearances before the said Magistrate
However Magistrate Gogra discharged the matter pursuant to section 94 Act No.32 of the Criminal procedure Act 1965.
Inspector Mabel M Tarawally is prosecuting the matter.
